What payment methods do you accept? 

Card payments accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

Pay via PayPal (you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account)

Payment Process

Check all items are in your cart, review the amount shown, select payment option at checkout, before clicking ‘Pay Now’.

Once the transaction is complete, you will see an order number above your purchase.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship Worldwide! We do not ship to FPO or APO Addresses

What currencies do you accept?

Prices are listed in GDP (UK Pound).

I have placed an order – what happens now? 

  1. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address that you used to place the order (please also check your junk mail if it doesn’t show in your inbox)
  2. Your order will be placed and dispatched within 7 days.
  3. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice and email with your shipping details.

(Please note some items may arrive separately).

When will my order be processed? 

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days. You will receive an email notification with shipping info once it has been dispatched.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? 

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched and is on its way.  You will receive an email with the shipping details.

The email will be sent to the registered email address you placed the order with.

How long does it take to get my order?

All orders are usually shipped within 7 working days.

All orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order being dispatched.

Please allow extra time for International orders as delivery time can vary from country to country.

Can I change my order?

Please contact the customer support team on shop@natashahardy.com as soon as possible quoting your Order Number. We will do our best to assist you. We can only change orders if your order hasn’t already been shipped.

What is your return policy?

 Refunds: Our return policy on music and all downloadable items are non-refundable.

 Exchanges: Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

 Email our customer service team at shop@natashahardy.com with a picture of the item and the defect within 7 days of delivery to you and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.

Your exchanged product will be shipped to you within 7 working days. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location. Please allow extra time for International exchanges as delivery time can vary from country to country.

Our aim is to make you happy.  Please bear in mind we are currently a very small company and will get back to you as soon as possible 🙂
